Bad to the Phone + Truth Or Stare.
 

CN just showed these both simultaneously. Both were amusing and the former marks Goo's first appearance in an FHFIF Short. :) Don't worry, it's one of various cameos and she's not Mary-Sueish there.

*BttP - Bloo tries to make a good recording message for the Foster's Home phone, getting various others (including Goo and the Bloo's Brothers) in cameos to help with that. Eventually, Bloo gets satisfied with one, but Madame Foster plugs too many devices into the same outlet as the phone, fricassing (sp?) the phone from the overload.

*ToS - Mac and Bloo have a staring contest, and Eduardo tries to talk to them only to think they're frozen solid, consequently getting Frankie to tell him about it. More of the house's residents watch in a bet, as Mac seems to start losing his grip, only to recover it. Next moment, it's revealed that Bloo was hiding behind a cardboard of himself. Cheater. :bloogrin

I just saw these. I liked the first one more. The second was sort of predictable but I liked it anyway.

I happened to see them after the Billy and Mandy Christmas special. I've already seen BttP though.

They should make a full-length episode that features all the shorts since not many have seen them. :)

Thanks mega many for who got the "Truth or stare" short up, god bless Youtube :D. Anyways in comparsion I would say that "Phone" is easily the funnier short. The gags are more plentiful and variety wise then with "Stare".

Not to say that "Stare" doesn't have it's good points too, I love how Frankie and everyone else got involved and was able to get so excited over such a simple contest. Bloo cheating is typical and I'm glad Mac DID find out about it.

I heard he cheated but I didn't know if Mac found out, I'm glad he did because then I'd felt worse for Mac knowing he tried so hard and Bloo was like somewhere else while this was happening. But still, I say "phone" is funnier.

That was the funniest part of the whole "Truth or Stare"! I wonder though, since Bloo cheated, did Wilt still win his bet?"

Technically he bet on Bloo, not a card board cut out of Bloo. I think he lost.

Truth or Stare was hilarious! I liked the (cut out cardboard) Bloo's expression, and how Mac was doing everything to keep from blinking. I saw the driving Miss Crazy short awhile back - I enjoyed that one too!:frankiesmile:

Does anyone have a complete version of that short? (All online versions start at Frankie's line and it looks like there is something before it)

That was my recording, and it was the very first time I saw this short -- ever. We knew nothing about the shorts at the time. Really, most of what you missed was the title card.
