Foster's Nominated For 2007 Annie Award!

Once again, Foster's has been nominated for the 2007 Annie Award for Best Animated Series, according to Animated-News.com. So far, I believe that only "major" catagories have been announced, so it's likely that the show and its creative team will receive more nominations down the line-way to go, Craig and Co!

UPDATE!!!

Here is a complete list, courtesy of today's Animated-news.com, of nominations for Foster's:

Best Animated Television Production

Best Direction of Animated Television Production-Craig McCracken for "Bus The Two of Us"

Best Production Design for an Animated Television Production-Martin Ansolalabehere for Good Wilt Hunting(I hope I spelled that name correctly and apologize ahead of time-yeah, Wilt's starting to rub off on me-if I didn't)

Voice Acting in an Animated Television Production-Kieth Ferguson for "Squeeze The Day"

While I was a tad disappointed that there were not more nominations for the series, especially not more for Good Wilt Hunting, I'm still very pleased with what it did pick up, and of course we all will be rooting for our show to win every single one!

Y'all GO, Craig and COMPANY! WOOOOT!

Seeing as Squeeze the Day is premiering next Friday in Australia, this'll give me a good chance to see (or hear, if you know what I mean) Keith's performance in this episode.

Medikor 01-19-2007 06:52 AM

I'm sure we all hope that Fosters pulls off a Return of the King and wins every catagory it was nominated for.:D

With Foster's being nominated for the 2007 Annie Award, I hope that Craig McCracken and the crew win since they put a lot of effort making the show.

Lol, yea. No-one can correctly imitate "It's Hoooot in Toopeeekaaaa!".

I hope they win something. Foster's is worth winning a prize. ;)

One Radical Dude 02-06-2007 01:25 PM

I believe this Sunday night, the 2007 Annie Awards will be presented. May Team Foster's win 'em all. :)

One Radical Dude 02-11-2007 07:59 PM

Well, the show won three awards, if I'm not mistaken. It won for best animated TV production, in music, and production design. As for the direction and voice-over actor categories, Avatar and Eartha Kitt won respectively. So, 3 out of 5 (I think). Nice job, gang! 8-)

Congratulations to the team! Splendid job!

taranchula 02-11-2007 08:14 PM

Congratulations to the cast and crew of Foster's.

And may the coming season yield even more awards for this fine program. :D

HappyFoppy 02-11-2007 09:52 PM

Wow! Foster's must be a pretty good show - and not just in our eyes - even in the eyes of those judges! ;)

Congratulations to the Foster's Team for their awards! :D

frankie_fan 02-12-2007 05:20 PM

Although I am dissapointed that Keith didn't win (I don't watch The Emperor's New School, so that makes me even more dissapointed! :frankiemad: ), I do congratulate the Foster's team for winning Best Animated Television Program! :bloogrin

Medikor 02-13-2007 07:32 AM

I'm glad Fosters won the awards it did. Best TV production is a biggie as far as I'm concerned.:D

Yeah, I wanted Keith to win so badly for that category. Either way, he's still a winner, in my book. 8-)
