Believe me, I am in no way in contact with the folks who work on the game. Yes, I have a fansite. Yes I *sometimes* talk to the folks who make the cartoon. But that's it, really. I know nothing about the mechanics of the game.

It's Fixed!
 

At least it was for me. I was able to complete the virtual reality adventure this morning.

They really fixed it!!!!
They also got rid of the Ratatouille trailer, now you can see posters of it in the house.

I have an old account that still does not work but when I created a new account it does work. Go figure! Also I tried to reset my password and could not do that either. I tried everything downloaded all new shockwave, flash, and quicktime plug-ins and still nothing. GRRRRR

They may have fixed the error related to the Virtual Reality helmet adventure, but they have NOT fixed the error I receive at log in. I believe those are two separate issues.

Hopefully, they will fix all errors, and soon. I haven't been able to play on my account since June 17th, since the error started on the 18th for me.

I think that you should tell someone you trust your password and let him do your duties and favors and adventures until you are able to play again:D so that you don't get behind in the game

Thanks for the suggestion. However, I have tried to log in on multiple computers, even ones that I've never played the game before on. I've tried it at multiple houses. Also, it's 2 out of 4 accounts that we have, so it's not all of them, which would make me think it's my computer.

This error is not associated with a certain computer, it is associated with my account. Therefore, it doesn't matter who logs in, or where. It simply isn't going to allow me to play the game. I'm already way behind now, as I haven't been able to play any of the June Update at all. I'm keeping up on my daughter's account, though. She's letting me do it, so at least I can play on that. :)

It helps to read through parts of the threads before posting, Vicks has stated (similar to myself) that he logs in using several accounts on a single computer, and that some of the accounts are functioning while his primary account is not functioning. He also said just last week that he tried on different computers, So how is giving his Password away going to Help? (other then opening a security breach on his privacy). I think Vicks is for the most part just venting about his problems Since he knows that CN never responds when you send them an email. and none of us are working for CN.

I don't know if this error has been posted but i must do it ive been getting this error a long time... it goes like this you log in to the game do all your duties and favors... then you usualy log out... but the next day you log in it still shows that you haven't done any duties i mean does duties that you had to do yesterday!!!!! :'(:'(:-[ it's realy sad...
