Or are just tired of him. ;)

Unless they completely overdo the spineless pushover side of his personality in future episodes, I'll never get tired of him. In fact, it's the opposite. Wilt is a very refreshing change from the cynical and 'devil may care'-ish fictional characters that current mainstream media seems to have become obsessed with.

At least we know now WHY Wilt is SOMETIMES a spineless pushover, and knowing that makes this aspect of him more acceptable. We've also seen that he does have a VERY tough and resolute side to him when it's needed, so it's difficult to pin down Wilt as being one way or another. Knowing his history, and seeing that he is, for the most part, still caring and optimistic most of the time, makes him that much more interesting and loveable. I don't know of other fictional character who can match Wilt's personality. I'm hoping that now that he's reunited with his creator, and come to terms with his past, Wilt will have more confidence in himself and not be quite as worried about upsetting or disappointing others, to the point that he does act like a whipped dog. He will always be kind, selfless and caring, but at least now he shouldn't feel as much guilt about sticking up for himself and doing things for himself once in awhile, because he certainly deserves it.

simply put, agreed. in the world of tv, all we get anymore is people who either are pure evil and want to destroy everything, or we get a guy who thinks hes ceaser and can do whatever he wants. Wilt is diffrent, he actually CARES for everyone, and does what he can to help. If only we had more of that on tv..

If only we had more of that in REAL LIFE! Even my preacher has said, "we need more Wilts in this world." Amen!

Our preacher is a 26-year-old, who attended the Savannah College of the Arts in Savannah, GA, before getting "The Calling". It was his original intent to become an animator and work for Pixar, or Cartoon Network, or one of the other studios out in CA, so he is still very interested in animation. Foster's just happens to be his favorite show on television, because it's funny without relying on "bathroom" humor or being gross, it often does have a good, albeit subtle, message, without cramming said message down our throats, and it has very likeable characters.
