As for pbl, the only thing I could guess her present could be was a camera, as she said it was something she knew I needed, that it was fragile, non-perishable (and not alive, lol), plus I know she knows cameras. And I was right! I needed a camera that could do macros, so I could take good closeup shots of my animals, insects outside, hummingbirds at the feeder etc. So I tried it out.
