Invader Bloo 10-16-2006 10:17 AM

The ending made me a lttle sad because of Bloo. I wish I could post why, but I have no idea where the spoiler button is. :( *cough, cough*

It's labled as S, and is right next to the "ABC" with the line crossing it out (which is the STRIKE tag).

(Eppy spoilers below, of course.)

Heh. Bloo is such a ******* as usual. Although I know how he feels. And the police are silly, trying to talk to Purple. Purple is going to get 20 years maximum, though he would no doubt get off early for good behavior.

Did you get that impression? I thought he was much less *******-ly than usual (not that I mind him being that way :bloocross:. Or, at least, his heart was in the right place. ;)

Sparky 10-16-2006 11:39 AM

I got that impression on my *first* viewing, actually; but when I rewatched it, it seemed different. I liked the ep a lot better after my second viewing, overall.

It's got Bloo's name in the title AND PRACTICALLY EVERYONE GETS TO SEE IT EXCEPT ME.

I'm just going to go sit around and cry and eat Yodels now.

Kzinistzerg 10-16-2006 12:04 PM

It will be monumental! A major milestone for Bloo, not unlike saying one's first words or going to preschool. Come to think of it, Bloo could probably learn some things from going to preschool, but I digress. I'm jealous of all of you.

What's the big idea with putting it on that On Demand thingy before TV, anyway? What about all the people who don't have Comcast? Not like I would have even really cared if this didn't involve me not having Comcast, but still!

Emma 10-16-2006 12:18 PM

Ack! LABLOOGIRL MUST SEE THIS!! I think it may have been made for her, really, I do.

So, again, for those who don't know. This episode can be downloaded from the "Episodes On Computer" thread (thanks to our lovely web mistress, Sparky). If you're able to downloaded, I would do so as soon as possible!

kageri 10-16-2006 12:39 PM

Yay, it's done downloading! I only hear sound coming into one ear but I don't care!

...."ZZ9 Plural Z Alpha"? Hee....

Kzinistzerg 10-16-2006 12:42 PM

THAT's what she said? I thought it had something to do with pearls. Oh, well. Hehe, coordinates...

One Radical Dude 10-16-2006 12:44 PM

Whoa, that was definitely worth the wait. For anyone that hasn't seen it, it is definitely a treat. 8-)

taranchula 10-16-2006 12:45 PM

Heh heh heh, I just thought it was funny there was a cat named Chuck in this episode, because my mother has a cat named Chuck.

No reason why I put that in spoilers... though. 8D

I guess Chuck is a very common name for a Male cat.

The montage of Chuck and Bloo doing stuff together was probably one of the cutest things that's ever been on Foster's, and it's just an awesome Bloo episode overall.... but they made him cry again. Bloo crying makes my heart sad. Mac didn't do much, which was too bad.

Oh, and Purple and Sharkhead were awesome too. Bloo's pretty good at improv.

Cassini90125 10-16-2006 01:24 PM

Fantastic. I was very moved. :)

Voxxyn 10-16-2006 01:29 PM

Even though it won't be all that fun waiting some more weeks for this episode's official debut on CN, I think I can wait and resist the temptation of watching it early.

"Emancipation Complication", on the other hand...

Haha, you and me both. :) ;)

I really wish Bloo could of kept Chuck. :( I also want Bloo to get new Sharkhead & purple puppets for later use :)

That waas my spoiler.

Mr. Marshmallow 10-16-2006 01:56 PM

Spoiler Below
That interrigation scene at the end with Purple was hilarious, they looked almost as stupid as Bloo did when he kept changing voices for Purple and Sharky

Funny stuff.

Invader Bloo 10-16-2006 02:37 PM

I loved
Spoiler Below
This guy's tough!

taranchula 10-16-2006 02:53 PM

Spoiler Below
Bloo's constant use of the phrase "Good Day Sir(s)!" had me ROTFL the entire episode.

lucyrocks73 10-16-2006 04:26 PM

Purple rules. It's like... Elmo but purple. And did anyone else LOVE the expressions on Bloo's face when he made the puppets talk? That ROCKED. And my favorite line:

"There are ways to make punks like you sing!"

taranchula 10-16-2006 04:37 PM

Spoiler Below
They should give Bloo's puppets their own spinoff series, They could call it "The Purple and Sharkhead Show." Now that would be something I would watch over and over again.

Invader Bloo 10-16-2006 04:47 PM

I agree with the show. :)
Yes, i was the first to say I loved Bloo's expressions.

CG 10-16-2006 08:02 PM

Well goodie for you! I think.

Without giving everything away (I did that in my LJ) the episode was beautifully handled. Different side of Bloo for sure.

billytheskink 10-16-2006 08:17 PM

looks like I missed something big.

Imaginary Light 10-17-2006 07:51 AM

I'm so jealous! I can't even watch the downloadable version, because my computer's so slow (darn you dial-up)! I'm just gonna have to wait until November.:(

Voxxyn 10-17-2006 11:14 PM

Remember what I said about me waiting until "Bloo's the Boss" made it's official debut next month?

Well, I lied. I just downloaded and watched this episode, and let me say, it's DEFINITELY worth the three month wait. In fact, it's already one of my favorites of Season 4 so far, and I seriously hope it's an indication of things to come.

Spoiler Below
I wanted to hug Bloo. A LOT. The friendship between him and Chuck has to be one of the most heartwarming moments in the entire series. And it was great how he gave the girl the one-eyed cat friend that Madame Foster rescued at the beginning.

scary_dream 10-18-2006 01:00 AM

Aw no fair...!

At least I didn't completely miss it, I'll just have to wait... patience is (unfortunately) a virtue.

*sniffle* I want it now though... *sniffle* :(

LaBlooGirl 10-18-2006 05:11 AM

It just sounds better and better the more I read about it!

antgirl1 10-18-2006 06:23 AM

Awww....I loved that episode. ^_^

Aww, Chuck. XD

And Bloo does have a caring side in him. :D

Medikor 10-18-2006 06:47 AM

I can't wait to see this, and other new episodes. Tellatoon is only airing season one for now.:(

Whaddya mean, "read about it"? You're not gonna just download it before it airs like the rest of us? C'mon! It's a Bloo fan's dream! You have to see it! One of us.... one of us.....

Invader Bloo 10-18-2006 11:39 AM

I agree that all Bloo fans should see this episode, Chuck & Bloo were the cutest thing in the whole show!

Nyo 10-19-2006 11:46 AM

I have to wait until it airs...

*Glares at DirecTV*

SkittleMonkey 10-19-2006 02:10 PM

SWEET, BrightHouse's On-Demand channel has the episode too! I just finished watching it; it was awesome!!!

LaBlooGirl 10-19-2006 05:19 PM

AWWWWWWWWWWWWW! That is all I can really say about this episode!! :D I'm thrilled. That was just the most perfect version of Bloo I have ever wanted to see, and PROVES his good side. I agree with someone who posted on this thread and said that the people who insist Bloo is a big selfish-jerk 24/7 are going to have this to chew on for a while. XD
I always knew Bloo had a loving, affectionate side...and all he wants is lots of attention. ^^

But GEEZ...PLEASE NO MORE OF BLOO CRYING!!! I felt some kind of pang hit my heart and I swear I wanted to grab a knife and commit suicide! It's too SAD!!
::goes and bawls somewhere::

I know, right?! And this time it was worse because he was sobbing and gulping for breath like a four-year-old. I wanted to hug him until his bones snapped and his organs were in different places.
