This was quite the blow for sure.

RIP Issac, thank you for your music, your charm, your style and for telling the world once and for all that Shaft is indeed a bad mother...

Spooky indeed. It certainly doesn't hold up well for Mr. L. Jackson either...:macwor:

This is very saddening. Mr. Hayes was a great musician, and had a truly beautiful voice. The world is certainly a poorer place for this loss.

This was major news for me-- I was sitting in my room when my dad saw the news bulletin on AOL and told my mom, "Hey, did you hear that Isaac Hayes died? ... Yeah, he was 65." :(

I was never a huge Isaac Hayes fan, but I loved him as Chef on South Park (at the tender age of 12, but I digress).

RIP Isaac Hayes-- you were awesome, you were funny and you were awesomely funny. <salute>
