its no real surprise, im sure they like to save here and there on animation costs. Its all done with flash, so why not? Bloo does have about a hundred minions if i remember correctly :P

In phone home bloo actually stole the friend from here and the pic was taken when she got her IF back and was still mad at bloo

Yes, Cy can. He did i nthe pilot; when everyone was coming down becuase there was to be an adoption, Cy changed colors from orange to red, a morphing type of chnage, not a glitch. And everywhere else he's shown as being green. So unles was have some major animator lazyness on hand here...
