Probably not within the "One of Us" category, but I've found myself actually trying to learn more about basketball and catching one game in campus. That's a first for me. I hate sports. :3 Converse shoes are also the only type of footwear I keep thinking about now, lol.

I'm definately in the One of Us category, with the exception of wanting to have ANYONE'S kids! I teach school and have to put up with kids all day, many of whom make that little red-headed girl in House of Bloos look like Shirley Temple, and I am well into my forties, and the thought of dealing with a teenager when I'm in my SIXTIES does not appeal to me at all, sorry!

Yes, I catch myself watching basketball and keeping up with(somewhat)NBA scores, etc., even though I'm so not a sports person. And I would just about kill for a pair of high-top black-and-white Converse sneakers, which I have had long ago, and I know that they are really comfortable, but sadly I am not allowed to wear them to work(teachers cannot wear sneakers in our district, except for PE teachers or coaches). I cannot sew in any capacity, and cannot make my own plushies, but with the one I was given, I don't need to, since that Wilt plushie is the best anywhere, anyway! I do create Wilt fanart, though, when I can find time.

Guess who I was thinking of? :D

My one cousin occasionally refers to me as "Wilt" because I apologize nonstop (I flip out if I don't please someone... except when I 'm writing, when I'm all, "Too bad if you don't like my work").

I must admit that I ADORE Converse, and currently own a pair of hot pink hightops and a pair of black and hot pink velour ones... Which really isn't a lot, but it's a start!!!

I know that they are Converse because I used to have some just like Wilt's, and they were Converse All-Stars. You can see what appears to be the Converse logo-that white circle-just above the ankle. On real Converse All-Stars, there is a star inside the circle, but it's not necessary to put in that much detail in the animation to get that point across. Besides, "back in the day", when Wilt was created, Converse was pretty much the only game in town insofar as high-top sneakers. Most of the brands we are familiar with today did not exist.

I honestly didn't really know. They just looked like Converse to me, so I just started calling them that for simplicity's sake. Before watching Foster's, I always saw Converse All-Stars as a punk or "skater" fashion staple rather than sports footwear. I even wanted to wear 'em once just for the sake of pulling together an outfit with fishnets when I was in high school. Jeezus, it was miserably H-O-T wearing all that black.
All this talk about Wilt's footwear makes me want to go out and buy some now.

Haha I try not to talk about him much because I don't want my family to think I'm crazed. However, I don't think I suffer from many of the "symptoms" lol.

I act like him a lot, but not solely because it's him, I've just done it since I was little. Seriously, whenever I was younger, I would say "I'm sorry" for saying "I'm sorry" too much. I still do! I also say "I'm sorry but..." all the time. It's just habit because I've always been the type of person to want to please people.

My friend even calls me Wilt... :-[ It's inevitable.

They LOOK just like a pair of high-top Converse Chuck Taylor All-Stars. I've got a pair of those, although mine aren't quite as LARGE as Wilt's. Wilt's shoes even have that white circle up on the ankle.
