Hi I've been contacted by a fan who is trying to find a specific Foster's Home bumper that played on Cartoon Network back in the day. They describe it as:
"Mr. Herriman is seen setting up plates on a table, while music with an accordion (if I remember correctly) played in the background. It's very short, 5~10 seconds long."
