HULU:
I'm sure we all know this, and it doesn't warrant a whole thread, but yeah...
http://hulu.com/s/LO0
I would assume that these are the iTunes versions, but can't say for sure as I don't own any. The episode order is fixed from iTunes, so both parts of GWH appear consecutively, both versions of Race For Your Life are together, and Destination Imagination is at the end of the series
On certain episodes, I think someone got a little carried away with the brightness filter while encoding them. There are several points where Madame Foster's face more or less is pure white.
BOOMERANG:
A year or two ago, Boomerang rebranded removing most classics (except Tom and Jerry, Looney Tunes, occasionally Jetsons and Flintstones, and a buttload of Scooby Doo) and all Cartoon Cartoons (except PPG). Since then, a bunch of shows have briefly returned, including Courage, Foster's, and I'm sure others
Right now, Foster's is back in a seemingly permanent (at least by Boomerang standards) timeslot from 2:30-4 AM EST weekdays and 1:30-3 AM weekends.
Also back are Dexter's Lab and Billy and Mandy
