I see there are zero posts there. As the administrator I suggest you take the time to post a welcoming thread and ones kicking off the discussions to get the ball rolling. You shouldn't expect or otherwise make your members start everything for you. (Also, a rules thread couldn't hurt, but that's up to you.)

Do not "spam" people's PM boxes. Never ever randomly send non-conversational PMs to people. Examples include asking for files or BFAHP secret codes, or so-called "chain letters", unless the recipient has agreed to it. Everyone is encouraged to notify me if they have received unsolicited, disruptive, or of course offensive PMs. (Hang on to the PM in case I request to see it.)

This does include randomly PMing people you don't know with advertisements. I have been tipped off that this user has been PMing people asking them to go to his forum. If you got one please let me know.
