Are we ever going to find out what became of Coco's creator in the show?

Personally, I hope not. I like her creator being a mystery :)

Well, since the "Mac's mom being Wilt's creator" theory didn't workout and Coco's creator is a girl but we don't know about her, so I guess Coco's creator is Mac's mom. It could be, couldn't it?

Now that would be confusing.

Information has leaked from various sources that Coco's creator is a girl who survived a plane crash and floated to shore on the tropical island which she was found on. Various parts of her body might be revealing some facts. Her body, being the plane; her beak is the deflated raft she floated to shore on; her head is of course the palm trees that were on the island and lastly her sunburnt legs mirror her creators.

But that's all guesses at best, as far as my knowledge goes. For all we know, that could be wrong. But we know for a fact now Coco was discovered on an island. So most might be plausible.

I personally hope we do see her creator. What's the point of meeting Wilt 'n Eduardos when we don't see hers? Not fair.

If you go to Craig's blog, and find the early concept drawings of Coco back in the archives, then open up the messages, you will see where Craig himself gave details of how Coco was created by a little girl who survived a plane crash onto a deserted island, and how all Coco's parts are based on things that the girl saw, such as the wreckage of the plane, the rubber life raft, palm trees, tropical birds, and her own sunburned legs. He did not say what ever happened to that girl, though-if she was rescued, or died there on the island. I would have to assume that this was quite a while ago, since there are very few "deserted" islands left anymore, and planes have carried automatic GPS systems since the '60's, even private planes, which allow their wreckage to be pinpointed. Since Douglas and Adam did say there there were no other humans on that island when they found Coco, her creator must have either been rescued or had died.

If the girl was rescued prior to Douglas and Adam's arrival, does it mean that the rescuers, well... left Coco behind knowingly?

Sadly, there have been instances of humans treating IFs as inferior and worthless beings compared to them, so that wouldn't be completely implausible. It would be a very cruel and callous thing to do, but so are a lot of beliefs and ideologies that continue rampant in the real world to this day. (And IMO, "little girl being left alone on deserted island after surviving plane crash" is already very dark as it is)

Or Dougles and Adam could have been exagerating so their story of how they "discoverd" Coco would sound more adventures and exciting.;)

Yeh, they are geeks so they proboly found her at the mall on their way to buy a new computer game that was about something in a Forst on an island. (Maybe the game was one of the Monkey Islands)

Sorry to be off topic but this has to be said: Monkey Island for the WIN!

Now to steer this back on topic: I figured that Coco's creator died, the rescuer leaving her behind is just too wrong for my tastes... And yet her creator dieing isn't... Wow I'm messed up XD

Now that would be confusing.

I'm saying that Coco's creator may be Mac's mom, since she used to have an imaginary friend, and Coco's creator is a girl. Well, it's just a guess.;)

But Coco was in Mac's moms bedroom in infernal slumer wasant she? If Mac's mom WAS her creator wouldant Coco have recognized her?

montitech
12-24-2006, 06:45 AM
no, She does not neccissarily need to reconize her, since Mac's mom would have been a little girle when she imagined CoCo (assuming that is true) Mac's mom May have lost her imagination and COCO does not reconize her due to that.

I don't recall Coco ever going into Mac's mom's bedroom in Infernal Slumber. Although Coco may have seen the pictures of her room that Eduardo took. Personally though, I don't think Mac's mom created Coco. It just seems illogical.

Perhaps on the island when Douglas and Adam found Coco, and claimed that there were no humans on the island, they were wrong. Perhaps they hadn't searched very far before finding Coco, and automatically assumed that this was some strange and mysterious thing, and flew off with her without looking farther.

That poor girl, going to see her only friend, only to find she'd been STOLED.

It would make sence, since we don't know if every one learns to understand Coco RIGHT away, so if Coco was telling them "PUT ME DOWN YOU DORKS! I CAN'T LEAVE MY CREATOR!!" They may not have known. And at the picnic whenever Coco was trying to say something about herself, Adam would interrupt here, so another reason this theory could be put into place. INTERUPTION OF EXPLANATION.

But then Coco would be fighting to get back to her creator wouldant she? She seems to be happy enough. Not like she was abducted and longs to see her girl/boy again.

Well, perhaps Adam had her strong in his grasp

Guys GUYS! Anyone here seen LOST? :nyah: Ever since I first heard that 'Coco was created by a girl stuck on desert island' story, that's the first thing that popped into my head...she was imagined by one of those crazy people

But seriously I do hope we never find out, that is one of Coco's charm: the mystery surrounding her character.

I was in no hurry to find out Wilt's past either, but I think they handled that backstory very well.

Your comment on LOST made me giggle because I admit to that being the first thing I thought of too:P

I just deleted the message you quoted, as the user is banned and the thread he's talking about was also deleted. I didn't think anyone needed to read his post but since you quoted it, it has been immortallised. Good going. 8D

The LOST idea could make a nice spoof:

Coco's creator could be a girl that was in a plane accident. that would explain...
1. Coco's hair being a palm tree. If she crashed on an exotic Island
2. Her body being a plane, but Coco isn't able to fly(see "Camp keep a good Mac down)
3.Coco being afraid of airplanes("Foster's goes to Europe")

I even tought of a name: "Lucianna"(pun on Lost's Anna-Lucia)

Hahaha, good pun. Pauze. Not. Just kidding... ;)

Anyway, I like those idea's. From Coco's body parts + Craig's Blog we can be sure:

It was an airplane crash (body)
There was a raft (beak)
It was an exotic island (hair = palm tree)
The girl was afraid of water/didn't have any sun crème :) (feet = sunburnt)

And the girl got loco after a while. Loco enough to create... Coco. :)
And to make a Boombox out of palm trees and sand. *coughcough*

I find it hard to believe Macs mom created Coco:gooblab: besides wouldn't she have told Mac or Terrence that she was once in a plane crash and laned on an island.

All we know it's a Unknown girl who crashed on a desert island
