Where are the People?

I don`t have very much time on my hands anymore(stupid homework).So is there anyway you can help me by telling me where to find the main people like mac wilt eduardo madam foster bloo and mr herriman?

As far as I can tell, the characters are still all in the same positions they were in November, so just use that list. (I haven't updated the maps for December yet.)

If anyone knows of any of the characters being in a different position let me know!
